The facility is good. The attendant is not. She is rude and nasty. More than enough to make me seek other facilities! Do better lady, not everyone exists to make your life miserable.

It would be a nice place to go if the grouchy old lady wasn't here she allows people to come in with vicious animals I've witnessed an animal almost attack a customer and it growled at me as well she refuses to do anything about it I have contacted the management they refused to do anything about it until they get rid of her it's not a great place to go and it's not safe I don't recommend it to anybody. I go out of my way to go to other laundromats I've drove in almost an hour to go do laundry somewhere else just to avoid dealing with her she's unreasonable and very mean and ornery

I was there yesterday and the old lady working there was very rude not just to me but to all the customers by giving everyone very dirty looks and rolling her eyes at everyone. I also snapped at her and put her in her place for being extremely rude to my 5 year old daughter as well. That old lady working there needs to quit or they need someone else working there cause that lady is lucky I didnt call the cops on her for how she treated me and other customers as well.

Do not recommend. Grouchy old lady working this evening. Did nothing but complain about my disabled grandson that was with me. He didn’t even do anything wrong, he tried to help put quarters in the machine and she blamed him for it not taking all the quarters. Then she complained about him pulling on the handle, to which I was already handling him. Then she said he couldn’t go for a ride in the cart… ok fine. She also talked about us to other customers. And at the end of the was trying to get him seat belted in the car and had pushed the cart up on the sidewalk so I could take it back inside. But before I could finish she was outside yelling that I was supposed to bring them back inside! Well she didn’t give me a chance. Compared to how I’ve seen other children and adults behave in there. Her interactions with us was in called for.

The 2 women that worked there tonight were absolutely disgusting to two military service members. They were rude, abrasive and just down right nasty to two women just because they’re in the Army. It’s embarrassing to even have to type this out as someone who saw the entire interaction. I highly DO NOT recommend this place if this is how employees are able to treat patrons.
